About Us

FUNdamental Development ABA, LLC is an agency specializing in early intervention utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. We bring the “fun” back to fundamental life skills. We focus on working with toddlers and preschoolers to maximize this precious window of learning when their brains have the most plasticity and give them the best chance for success later in life. ABA is a research and evidenced based form of intervention proven to be effective in treating children with autism. Furthermore, research has shown that ABA provided in the early years of a child’s life improves outcomes in later years.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create programs focusing on play and language development in the natural setting. Building a strong foundation across all areas of development including social skills, self- help skills, communication skills, leisure skills, and cognition. We understand that each domain of development is interconnected and build programs that work hand in hand. We strive to ensure progress and meaningful change no matter how big or how small every day. Above all else our mission is to bring a smile to each child’s face each day.

From Our Founder

I founded Fundamental Development ABA, LLC with a clear mission in mind: to establish an early intervention agency that emphasizes play-based learning and language development. With over ten years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked with students who have autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and other special needs. I hold a master’s degree in early childhood special education. Before I became a certified behavior analyst, I spent 7 years as a classroom teacher dedicated to children with special needs. My journey to becoming a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) was deeply influenced by providing ABA within an early intervention framework. This foundation has significantly shaped my approach. I blend my ABA experience with developmentally appropriate practices advocated for in early childhood education. This has given me the distinct ability to seamlessly transition from structured table work to a more natural, playful environment and back—always upholding the highest standards of evidence-based treatment integrity.
